Kadambari Memorial College, School of Social Work, successfully implemented and concluded this UGC-funded initiative. The program navigated from vigorous training to strategic business plan submissions.
📚 Training Pedagogy
Participants completed a rigorous 48-hour (3-credit) entrepreneurship course. The curriculum integrated social work values with robust business frameworks:

- Lean Canvas Business Modeling
- Financial Sustainability & Social Impact Measurement

- Top 5 Selection: Five final business plans were chosen for final submission to UGC.

A nature-based experiential learning social enterprise strengthening social, emotional, and well-being capacities through outdoor immersion.
The Lunch Girls
A women-led cloud kitchen providing healthy meals to office workers while creating short-shift employment opportunities for youth.
SwasthaMaya Chautari
A community-based wellness enterprise addressing elderly loneliness and emotional isolation through holistic care plans.
