A carefully designed four-phase journey from orientation to final presentation.

Pre-Placement Orientation

  • Introduction to Nepal's social, cultural, and development context
  • Ethical engagement and safeguarding practices
  • Program expectations and safety guidelines

NGO Field Placement (Core Component)

  • Placement in one of KMC's 50+ partner NGOs
  • Engagement: 20โ€“30 hours per week
  • Work alongside professionals in real program settings

  • Weekly individual supervision with field experts

  • Continuous feedback and mentoring
