Pre-Placement Orientation

- Program expectations and safety guidelines
NGO Field Placement (Core Component)
- Placement in one of KMC's 50+ partner NGOs
- Engagement: 20–30 hours per week
- Work alongside professionals in real program settings
Academic Supervision
- Weekly individual supervision with field experts
- Group reflection sessions led by faculty
- Continuous feedback and mentoring
